Every exercise we do in the morning or at the end of the day is good for us.
However, what we do between these times can be even more beneficial.
We spend most of our day in either sedentary or static positions. Strong
evidence shows spending too long in any of these positions decreases our work
performance and increases health issues. That’s why the essence of a healthy
body is through a good posture and natural movements. We might be at the
kitchen counter, in the office or perhaps in the car, but in each of these cases
we can take a moment (literally) to realign our natural posture and free
ourselves from static and sedentary positions.
The Yoga Through My Day (YTMD) workshop will show you how natural and easy it is to integrate gentle movements and nourish good posture throughout the day.
The YTMD program consists of two important components that encourages you to nurture your body:

YTMD practice sequences are designed to encourage and guide you, showing
how easy and simple it is to regain your innate and natural posture and
movement. You won’t need any extra time as you integrate YTMD into the
different activities you do during the day.
We can practice them anywhere, anytime in almost any clothing.
This is an age-friendly and injury-free workshop designed to improve an
individual’s health, balance and performance.
Aleksandra Tanasic is a certificated yoga teacher and she completed Master on
Leisure and Recreation in New Zealand. She teaches classes to women, men,
children in schools and people with special needs. Currently she teaches her
‘Yoga Through my Day’ program between New Zealand and Europe through
