Both spending time on your yoga mat and wine tasting can help you become more mindful. Just as we tune into the physical sensations, activity of the mind, and breath during our practice, we observe and notice the taste, flavor and feel of wine when we take a sip, attention and awareness given to the present moment. So come sip, flow, and share a laugh or two!
This event includes a 60 minute mindful vinyasa flow class suitable for any level of practitioner, 2 glasses of wine and light nibbles.
