Power Flow

 A powerful, energetic flow where poses fluidly move from one to the next.  This class suits experienced practitioners who want to take vinyasa to the next level.

EXPERIENCED BEGINNERS - ADVANCED 

Vinyasa Flow

 A dynamic practice of coordinated, breath to flow movements from one pose to the next.  Modifications allow this class to be accessible to all level.

BEGINNERS - ADVANCED 

Yin Yang

 This class creates balance in body and mind.  A stimulating, dynamic practice to strengthen, followed by restorative yin postures to enhance mindfulness.

BEGINNERS - ADVANCED 

Slow Flow

A slower more mindful class with emphasis on alignment and focus to calm the mind.  Modifications allow this class to be accessible to all levels.

BEGINNERS - ADVANCED 

Yin

A meditative, thoughtful practice of longer held floor poses that passively stretch tissues around the joints to regulate energy flow and release tension.

This class explores postures and breathing preparing the body for meditation.  Modifications allow this class to be accessible to all levels.
