Myofascial Yin Yoga Workshop

Take time to roll, release, and relax.

In a world that is constantly asking us for more, hustling for us to keep going, it can get really hard to take time and slow down for ourselves. Come join us for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation, as we allow ourselves to release, to let go, to breathe.

In this 2 part Myofascial Yin workshop, we will be exploring deeper into:

  • Static stretches; held in Yin yoga postures to achieve relaxation and lengthening of our muscles
  • Trigger Points; what causes them and how we can apply self massaging techniques to combat them

Part One - Upper Body, Shoulder & Neck

From 2pm to 3.15pm

15 MINUTES BREAK (Tea and some nibbles to be served)

Part Two - Lower Body, Hips & Hamstrings

From 3.30pm to 4.45pm

Mats and all props are provided. Or feel free to bring your own!

Massage balls are available for purchase at the studio. Special pricing for workshop attendees available.

This is suited for all levels of practitioners, and you do not need prior experience to participate.
