Men's Intro to Yoga Series

This 4 week series gives men the tools available to add yoga to their lives or to their exercise routines as a cross-training tool or for flexibility and improving recovery time. These classes celebrate the physical over the spiritual, and strength over flexibility. It sets men free to flex tight hamstrings without hearing invocations to Hindu deities or feeling inept next to a woman twisted like a pretzel. 

For men who crave the benefits of yoga but recoil at sharing the experience with a room full of women. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.” A yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes).
